The Management of Dynal Industrial S.A. keeps a constant commitment to quality, wishing to maintain and enhance a quality culture in the company and to promote the quality image of its products in order to increase de confidence and satisfaction of our customers.

The implementation of a Quality Certification System is the result of an internal analysis within the organization. Its management considers this part of a long term project focused on business excellence in which progressively different activities are incorporated to facilitate efficiency and efficacy.

The Quality Certification System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, through an accredited certifier, reinforces the credibility and confidence in our products. It supposes a stimulus to continuous improvement in work methods as it defines clear responsibilities, better decision mechanisms, ways of verifying our achievements and the continuous follow up of them.

The Quality Certification System should be integrated by every level of the company and its compliance is a mandatory reference to all the everyday activities.

The long term strategy is directed to the satisfaction of our customers and the continuous improvement of our work. It shall take in account the interests of all the stakeholders: clients, suppliers, community, workers and stockholders.
